Umami Martini
Ingredients:
60ml Ounce Gin ‘Bold’
20ml Umami Dry Vermouth
Method:
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass and stir. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with three olives.
Red Snapper
Ingredients:
60ml Ounce Gin ‘Bold’
15ml Lemon Juice
10ml Sugar Syrup
4 Dashes Worcestershire Sauce
7 Dashes Tabasco
Tomato Juice
Method:
Build ingredients in a highball glass over ice. Top with tomato juice and season with black pepper and celery salt. Garnish with a celery stalk, piparra pepper, olive and lemon slice.
